Where we ship

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times and costs

New Zealand: NZ$7.50 tracked shipping. Free shipping on orders over NZ$79.

Australia: A$15.00 tracked shipping. Free shipping on orders over A$99.

Orders usually arrive within 5–8 working days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or bad weather.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties (Australia)

Orders to Australia under A$1,000 do not attract import duty. You will not be asked to pay any extra fees on delivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@tailandcollar.com and we'll sort it out.
